Individual tradie
One-tap invoicing on the way home — the killer app. Accept work, do it, send photos, and raise the invoice from your phone.

Mobile-only — the phone is the product here, so this one is described, not followed along in the browser.
The nuanced tour
Offline by design: notes and photos are captured durably on site even with no signal, and the outbox drains itself the moment the phone reconnects — no lost evidence, no "I'll do it when I'm back at the office".
One-tap invoicing on the way home turns the job's own evidence into the invoice — the paperwork is a byproduct of doing the work, not a second job that night.
Narrowest authority by design: the Field Tradie role can submit completion evidence and nothing else, so the phone stays simple and safe on a shared device.
Trade office
Easy job acceptance and scheduling for your crew. Everything about a job — scope, plans, dates, proof — in one place.

The nuanced tour
One job, one place: scope, plans, dates, evidence, and the full history live on the job — the office stops chasing a job across texts, emails, and a whiteboard.
Where the builder allowed it, the office can subcontract a leg downstream (web-only) and become the issuer for that leg — the same clean offer/accept/approve loop, one level down.
Site supervisor
Know what is off-track by exception. The screen surfaces only what is blocked, overdue, or waiting on you — so you can run more builds at once.

This is the builder-side supervisor (Wild Constructions is the issuer). The role can schedule and approve, but not offer or invoice.
The nuanced tour
Management by exception: because the screen shows only the exceptions, one supervisor can run more builds at once instead of manually walking every job on every site.
The Timeline is where the plan becomes visible: on Riverstone, footing excavation is done and the water prelay and slab pour are scheduled behind it, each with a dependency-runway band (red = a hard hold still running, yellow = a tight buffer) and its permit/booking window shaded. This is the "sliding windows showing where the jobs can actually go".
Trade GM
Fill and schedule jobs faster, so you keep scaling throughput without adding schedulers in lockstep. The wall you are about to hit, moved back.
WebLog in as [email protected]
Same login as Trade office ([email protected]) — a second lens on the owner seat, not a separate seat.
The nuanced tour
The wall — more work than schedulers can touch — moves back: fast accept-and-schedule, preferred-trades to route work straight to trusted crews, and subcontracting to flex capacity when a week spikes.
The isochrone service-area filter in the offer picker is an issuer-side surface — a trade only meets it when it subcontracts. See it in action from the builder login below (the northern-job geo-drop).
Builder up the chain
Defensible, per-home proof that every trade did the work to spec — captured as a byproduct of the trades using Orvikon day to day.

The nuanced tour
Defensible, per-home proof that every trade did the work to spec — captured as a byproduct of the trades using Orvikon day to day, not as extra admin anyone has to remember. Keep the expectation low-key: it is a quiet safety net, not the day-one pitch.
The offer picker earns its keep on distance: offer the northern job Prelay drainage — northern block and watch Maestro (south, 30-min area) drop out on distance, while Polished (wide 90-min area) and Encore (north) stay — plus the preferred-trades filter to route work to crews you already trust. See it in the offer-a-job flow.

The demo is a throwaway environment — reset often, with outbound links switched off — so these logins and the shared password are safe to test new things with.
